The name Antarvita was built from two roots: antar, Sanskrit for "within" or "inner," and vita, Latin for "life." Together they mean what this practice is — balance that begins on the inside and moves outward, health understood through the intelligence the body already carries.

The bridge between those two languages is intentional. Ayurveda is a sophisticated Eastern system with thousands of years of clinical observation behind it. The women Katy works with live full, demanding Western lives — many already working alongside physicians, specialists, and the best conventional care available. Antarvita exists at that meeting point. Not as a replacement for what you're already doing. As the layer of understanding that makes everything else more coherent.

This is not wellness. It is medicine — practiced with the precision and depth the word deserves.

Meet Katy Kennedy, MS MAVIM

Master of Science, Ayurvedic and Integrative Medicine

A rare-by-design practice. Two clients per Saturday. Personally read by Katy.

Why Maharishi Ayurveda

Katy holds a Master of Science in Maharishi Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine, with more than 600 hours of clinical training. Most wellness approaches treat the symptom. Maharishi Ayurveda looks for the source — in your unique constitution, your doshas, and where they have fallen out of balance. It is one of the world's oldest and most complete systems of medicine. Katy also holds certification as a hypnotherapist and life coach with the UK Hypnosis Academy in the Kinetic Shift Technique, and is a Reiki Master of more than five years. Each modality enters the room only when it serves the woman in front of her.

Who Katy works with

You have already done everything right. The clean eating, the labs, the specialists, the supplements, the therapy. Your results come back normal and your body is still telling you something. Since 2020, Katy has spent more than 3,900 hours one-on-one with women in exactly that place — done with generic answers, ready to be heard in full. The practice is rare by design. Two clients per Saturday. Katy reads every intake personally.

The philosophy

Katy's approach is rooted in one principle: the body moves toward balance when it is given the right conditions. Ayurveda doesn't treat disease — it removes what's been pulling you away from your own natural state of health. Every protocol Katy writes is an attempt to create those conditions for one specific person.

Scope of practice

Katy does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. She works alongside your existing care to support balance, tissue health, and whole-system recalibration. If your needs require a different level of medical oversight, she will tell you that directly.
