Your Personalized Assessment and Recalibration Package begins with a comprehensive intake — a deep listening to your body's history, your current patterns, and the terrain beneath your symptoms. From there, Katy builds a fully individualized program drawing on Ayurvedic principles, integrative nutrition, herbal medicine, and Reiki energy healing — working simultaneously across the physical, mental, and energetic layers of your health.
Reiki is not an addition to this work. It is woven into it. As a Reiki Master with five years of advanced practice, Katy works with the body's energetic field — supporting the nervous system, releasing held patterns, and restoring coherence at the level where physical symptoms so often begin. The result is a program that addresses not just what your body is experiencing, but why — and what is needed at every layer to shift it.
