Order Lookup & Returns

Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout to check the status of your preorder or start an unopened return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only when the product safety seal is fully intact.

Our policy

  • Preorders are final once placed and are reserved from a limited first production run.
  • After delivery, an unopened product may be returned within 14 days.
  • The product safety seal must be fully intact. Opened ingestible products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for taste, preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after opening.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Products that arrive damaged, leaking, or potentially compromised by heat or weather do not go through this self-service return flow — email hello@antarvita.com with your order number and photos so Katy can review the issue directly.
