Returns & Cancellations
Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships, or start a return within 14 days of delivery.
Our policy
- Before your order ships, you may cancel for a full refund at any time.
- After delivery, returns are accepted within 14 days.
- We can only accept products that are unopened with the product safety seal still on the bottle. Once the seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
